2. Product Specifications & Ingredients

  • Handmade Variance: Every item we offer is mixed, whipped, and packed by hand in small batches in Devon. Because we use 100% natural, unrefined plant butters and oils, slight variations in colour, scent, or texture may occur betwween batches. This is a normal hallmark of artisan natural cosmetics.
  • Allergies & Testing: Full ingredients are listed for every product online using standard INCI formatting. It is the customer's responsibility to check the ingredient list for potential allergens before purchasing. We strongly recommend performing a 24-hour patch test before full use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
  • Safety Standards: All cosmetic formulas have been professionally safety assessed and comply with the UK Cosmetic Products Regulation.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Contract Formation: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. Your order is accepted, and a legal contract is formed, only when we ship your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
  • Payment: We accept payment methods provided at our Webador checkout screen. By clicking the final payment button, you explicitly agree to pay the stated total price, including any delivery fees.
  • Pricing: All prices displayed on our site are correct at the time of entry. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and dispatch handmade orders within [e.g., 2-3 working days].
  • We ship via Royal Mail Tracked. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and we cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by the postal service.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Hygiene

Statutory Cancellation Rights: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return an item for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. This right applies strictly to items that remain completely unopened, unused, and with all original hygiene seals fully intact.

Hygiene Exclusions: Due to the personal care nature of unpreserved botanical cosmetics, items that have been opened, unsealed, or sampled cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances due to public health and hygiene protection laws.

How to Cancel: To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us via email at info@bobbisbotanicals.co.uk within the 14-day window before returning your sealed parcel. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
